2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration

5. Domain Listings (Sellers)
Sellers represent and warrant that:
- They are the lawful registrant or authorized seller of the listed domain name
- The domain does not infringe third-party rights
- The domain is free from disputes, liens, or restrictions
Sellers are responsible for:
- Accurate domain descriptions
- Correct pricing
- Keeping domain registration active during the listing period
The Platform may remove or suspend listings at its discretion.
6. Offers, Negotiations, and Sales
- Buyers may submit offers subject to Platform rules.
- Sellers may accept, reject, or counter offers.
- Accepted offers are legally binding on both parties.
- Failure to complete a transaction may result in penalties or account suspension.
7. Payments and Fees
- The Platform may charge listing fees or transaction commissions.
- All applicable fees are disclosed before transaction completion.
- Payments must be made using approved methods.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Domain Transfer
- Sellers must initiate and complete transfers promptly.
- Buyers must provide accurate transfer details.
- The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by registrars or third parties.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Listing domains not owned or controlled
- Fraud or deceptive practices
- Intellectual property infringement
- Manipulating offers or pricing
- Unauthorized automation or scraping
- Interfering with Platform security
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of DomainMoon.com or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their domain names but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and promote them.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. DomainMoon.com does not guarantee:
- Sale of any listed domain
- Accuracy of valuations or analytics
- Buyer or seller performance
12. Limitation of Liability
